NORDIC TURNSmay terminate your access to the site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address as provided by you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provided to www.nordicturns.se. If www.nordicturns.se terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees, if any, paid by you.
Any member should not use the www.nordicturns.se Service or Site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
We have zero tolerance towards abuse. Nordic Turns AB’ Reserves rights to immediately terminate service, contract, membership or any legal relation without any notices or refunds in case of any harassment or abuse or threat to any of its colleague or vendor or representative.
Any of these instances will be considered as abuse, threat or harassment: Shouting at a person in an intimidating fashion, Verbally threatening to injure/kill a person (or their friends and family), Physically jostling, pinching, scratching, punching or kicking a person, An attack with a weapon (be it a knife or other instrument that could be used as a weapon (e.g. a fire extinguisher) , Insisting that a person carries out an action which is against company regulations, Exhibiting sexual organs or material, Soliciting sex in return for money or any other advantage, Sexual/indecent assault.
You understand and agree that Nordic Turns AB may delete any listing, content, communication, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of www.nordicturns.se violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either Nordic Turns AB and/or its Members.

displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
You must use the www.nordicturns.se Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations.
You cannot include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, URL's, and email addresses.
Payment is due in full 30 days from the end of the month in which the invoice supplied by us is dated. On the completion or termination of the project, payment should be made in full within the timeframe, by cash, online payment, cheque, or bank transfer. Invoices will include any relevant taxes or other charges. Additional charges for any amount outstanding after 30 days from the end of the month in which the invoice is dated will apply, including statutory interest charged at rate of eight point five per cent.
Do not pay any representative in CASH unless a due receipt of the same is issued to you. Please carefully check the details mentioned in the invoice any modifications in the invoice must be reported within three working days of the payment. Entities eligible for claiming tax credits are recommended to carefully verify the tax credit credentials and notify any modifications within 3 days of the payment.
Nordic Turns AB’ owns and retains all proprietary rights in the www.nordicturns.se Site and the Nordic Turns AB Service. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Nordic Turns AB, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain such as member profile or for which permission has been obtained from the user, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by www.nordicturns.se without refund of any of your unused Subscription fees. We also reserve our right to take legal action (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations.
You cannot post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Nordic Turns AB expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se.
Use of the www.nordicturns.se Site and/or the www.nordicturns.se Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Payments for the services offered by Nordic Turns AB shall be on a 100% advance basis. (Unless an exception made under a special offer) The payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. Refund if any will be at the sole discretion of Nordic Turns AB and it offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.
Nordic Turns AB’ gives no guarantees. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount only. www.nordicturns.se undertakes no liability for free services and trial accounts. Nordic Turns AB’ reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice. In case of force majeure www.nordicturns.se will be excused from performance under any of their Agreement/Event and shall not be liable for any refund or credit note to be given to affected clients also cannot be held responsible for any delay in performance or non-performance, in whole or in part, caused by the occurrence of any event or contingency beyond the control of www.nordicturns.se including, but not limited to, work stoppages, fires, civil disobedience, riots, rebellions, natural disasters, acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, actions or decrees of governmental bodies, spread of any epidemic or virus and similar occurrences.
Nordic Turns AB or www.nordicturns.se will be responsible to inform its client who have been so affected by giving a written notice and shall use its best efforts to resume performance, however no assurances to be assumed. Upon receipt of such notice, all obligations under any particular Agreement shall be immediately suspended for the duration.
Subscriber must read all the documents related to the service carefully as we do not guarantee any results by use of the portal as fully subscribed member.
If you have made an application for any of our job postings published on this website or any other job portals than please note that we hold the rights to verify and conduct background checks ourselves or using an external agency.
Certain projects are time bound so all the positions are not permanent. Please ask for clarifications before making an application. Upon receipt of such notice, all obligations under any particular Agreement shall be immediately suspended for the duration of such Force Majeure Event.
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh. If the jurisdiction changes due to change of management or ownership the users will be informed about the same.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nordic Turns AB, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners, investors, successors and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.
EMS access is provided to the participants who have either paid or have confirmed to pay for their participation in one of the listed events. Please note that once your login is activated to the EMS no refunds or cancellations will be accepted. No show in the pre-booked meeting events may result to blacklisting on Nordic Turns AB and Future events. Student fairs where institutions are promoted in pre-approved mass media adverts, institutions must pay entire participation fee upfront in order to access student details on EMS.
By becoming a Member of the Nordic Turns AB service, you agree to receive certain specific email from Nordic Turns AB and/or its group sites. You can unsubscribe at any time for any reason quickly and easily by clicking on the unsubscribe link enclosed in the mail or send an email to service@nordicturns.se
If there is any service offered as lifetime access, it should mean till the time the portal is LIVE on the Internet.
This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Nordic Turns AB service, contains the entire agreement between you and Nordic Turns AB regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Nordic Turns AB, service@nordicturns.se, or other portals owned and managed by Nordic Turns AB includes personal representatives, investors, successors, predecessor and permitted assigns. In case of change of ownership or management, the terms will continue to be applicable. The subscribed users will be informed via registered email about any change of ownership, jurisdiction and change of policies.

It is to be clarified that Nordic Turns AB’ will publish any review/complaint only after giving an opportunity to the respondent to rectify/redress the grievances of the complainant and in case the respondent fails to respond and rectify the complaint within 28 days from the date of complaint in such case the review will be published on our website visible to all other registered users only.
Please note that any written reviews may be checked by Nordic Turns AB’ before exposing, automatically or manually, because Nordic Turns AB’ wants to make sure only high-quality reviews are being exposed. We only remove reviews in the following situations:
