Residence permit for people who have their own business

If you are going to work for longer than 3 months & running business, you must have a residence permit.
The residence permit must already have been granted before you travel to Sweden.

If you have permission to study in Sweden & would like to apply for a residence permit as a self-employed person without leaving the country,
you must submit the application before your residence permit for studies expires.

You must submit a study certificate showing that you have completed at least 30 credits or one term of postgraduate education in Sweden.
